Our combined experience has covered legal communication, human resources, recruitment,
international project management, education, coaching, and training, as well as managerial coaching,
workplace mediation, and legal and financial translation.
Working in Spanish and French, we have come to realize that language alone is not enough
in professional environments.
Communicating effectively also requires clarity, structure, and the ability to position oneself with confidence.
We have therefore chosen to combine our expertise to offer a more complete approach.

Who we are
Maria Concepción Badillo
I am an international expert with over 20 years of experience leading social and legal initiatives.
My career began as a human rights lawyer, advising organisations such as Amnesty International for six years.
Over the past 14 years, I have served as General Coordinator and Executive Director for international organisations, developing extensive expertise in multinational human resources management, team leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.
I currently work as a strategic consultant specialising in social research and technical assistance, while also designing and delivering specialised training programmes and workshops for international institutions.
Maria Luisa Hendili
With over 20 years of experience in higher education, language institutions, and corporate environments, I support individuals and organizations in developing confident and effective communication in French and Spanish.
Trained in coaching, I combine practical language training with communication strategies, group dynamics, and tailored support to address both general and professional needs.
I work in mediation and in the development of psychosocial competencies (CPS) within organizations, and support managers in strengthening communication, navigating complex interactions, and fostering more collaborative work environments.
